Vivien Noe is a sophomore at the University of Texas at El Paso, studying psychology and media advertising. This is her second semester working as a staff reporter for The Prospector. Noe also participates in volunteering organizations with goals of serving her community. Her long-term goal is to establish a career in media using her skills in journalism and psychology to combat misinformation and raise campaigns about important issues to her such as mental health and human rights.
