Many vivid and detailed pieces of Art can be admired at the Art gallery, displaying an endless amount of emotions put through different artists’ hands into their pieces or work.

Prospector Staff Report

After recieving plenty of art submissions for the “Call for Art” hosted by the The Student and Engagement Leadership Center, Black Student Union and Multi-Cultural Greek Council, an exhibit was held in the Union Gallery from Feb. 6 through Feb. 24. The submissions ranged across variious mediums and each presented a story of resistance through Black joy, which was the initial theme for the entire showcase.

  • A detailed and beautiful painting stands on display at the Union East art gallery.

  • A walk through the quiet gallery located at the Union building, East, second floor, Can be enjoyed, while admiring beautiful pieces of Work by different artists and students.

  • Some of the pieces must be analyzed for a longer period of time, in order to capture the more details as possible.
