If one can peel out of bed, even when the darkness is on top of their chest; that is a serious victory. What's the fun of seasonal depression if you cannot laugh at it in the face the way it does to people? Healing and dealing are not a linear process. Some days are harder than others, but after all, one can try, and maybe right now, that is good enough.
