UTEP Police Department Town Hall addresses delayed security response

The UTEP Student Government Association (SGA) held a Town Hall Thursday night with the university’s police department to speak about the Oct. 29 incident, when two individuals who shot and killed a 22-year-old at the near by McDonald’s hid inside the Union Cinema.
