The Border Network for Human Rights hosts the Silent March: Communities Against Declaration of War at Downtown El Paso.

El Pasoans gathered to silently march for the communities against Donald Trump and the declaration of war. The march took place at San Jacinto Plaza in downtown El Paso, Saturday, Feb. 23. Over 200 people participated in the march which started at San Jacinto Plaza and finished in the Chihuahuita neighborhood. This event was organized by the Border Network for Human Rights.
