UTEP crowns king and queen at annual homecoming pageant

SGA kicked off homecoming week with the annual homecoming pageant on Friday, Sept. 28, at the Magoffin Auditorium. Contestants were judged on talent and evening gown. This year’s homecoming king and queen are senior Daniel Rayas and senior Jennifer O’Malley. The homecoming pageant was hosted by Andrea Chacon and senator at-large Mario Diaz.

Homecoming week will continue on Sunday, Sept. 30, with the Miner Dash 5k run /3k walk and Family Fitness Fiesta at Centennial Plaza.
