The Reno Aces stopped El Paso’s five-game winning streak, with an 8-2 win on Thursday evening.

Forrest Allday led the way for the Chihuahuas, going 1-for-5 and a solo home run in the game. Matt Szczur was 2-for-4 with the dogs for his opening debut in Triple-A.

Juniel Querecuto had a huge night, going 5-for-5, which made him the first player to get five hits against El Paso this year. There was a 49-minute delay in the game.
