The El Paso Sun City Pride Organization hosted the 10th annual El Paso Pride Festival parade on Saturday. The parade is held in June every year as it is LGBTQ pride month. The festival consisted of various of events starting Thursday, May 25 to Sunday, June 4. The pride fest parade went from the Houston Park to the front of the Gray Dog bar on Saturday morning. Various organizations attended the parade in support of gay pride, including UTEP’s Queer Straught Alliance. The festival continued that evening with various performers, craft vendors, food trucks and giveaways.
