After knocking off the No. 16 nationally ranked doubles team from TCU 6-1 and going undefeated against the other TCU and Abilene Christian opponents, UTEP women’s standout Vivienne Kulicke was recognized as the C-USA Women’s Tennis Athlete of the Week.

The junior is currently 5-0 in spring singles play and 4-1 in doubles with her partner Milou Pietersz. She was ranked No. 101 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association and will more than likely rise in the rankings this week. Her and the squad will travel to Norman, Oklahoma to face OU on Saturday, Jan. 28.
