The 1975 plans 2017 spring tour stop in El Paso

The highly regarded English indie pop band The 1975 annouced they will be traveling to the Sun City for the first time as part of their 2017 spring tour. The band will perform on April 21 at the Abraham Chavez Theatre.

The band is coming off their second album, “I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it,” and has risen to the high ranks of the alternative pop charts within the past two years.

Tickets will go on sale at 10 A.M. MT on Friday, Jan. 27, but there has not been word on the prices for tickets yet. Tickets may be purchased at all Ticketmaster outlets, on the web at www.livenation.com or by phone by calling 1 (800) 745-3000. Anyone apart of the 1975 official fan club is eligible for a pre-sale on Wednesday, Jan. 25, at 10 A.M.
