On October 26th at 5:30 a.m, the moon was up and most of El Paso was still sleeping, but the UTEP homecoming court, band, cheerleaders, GoldDiggers, alumni and students gathered together in the P-9 parking lot to take part in Miner Morning Mania, a pep-rally standing as a tradition during homecoming week.
