UTEP Alumni Relations hosted the very first homecoming block party on Wiggins Rd.  The event is part of UTEP’s homecoming week and specifically in honor of the centennial year. Many UTEP alumni, as well as guests attended the event accompanied by the Dallas-based band Moving Colors.
