Loading ...A dead body was found Saturday, June 7, on the 2300 block of N. Oregon in the arroyo near Miner village.
Students, who were unaware of what had happened, said they were told that the El Paso Police Department was present on campus to handle traffic issues.
Officials at the UTEP Police Department said they could not comment on the issue at the time.
