For the 26th year in a row, La Union Maze has reopened continuing the tradition for the El Paso community to enjoy. With a corn maze design of Sesame Street, attendees can choose to find the exit or get lost in the many activities La Union provides.

The University of Texas at El Paso’s (UTEP’s) Marching Miners celebrated their annual Band Day by hosting all high school bands around El Paso. Their performance honored heroes and four retired educators that provided support and a community for musicians for many decades.

Overlooking a drill, assistant coach Courtney Johnson cheered the miners on from the sidelines of the court. The miners practiced their spiking and blocking against opposing teams.
