UTEP symphony orchestra performed their program, “Russian Excursions,” at the Fox Fine Arts Recital Hall on Feb 23. The program featured award winning conductor and member of Northern Colorado’s School of Music Hall of Honor, Dr. Lowell E. Graham. The performance focused on music from Russian composers including Tchaikovsky, and it concluded with a solo performance by concerto competition winning soloist, Nathan Black.
