El Paso Live will be hosting Winter Fest with the help of The Hospitals of Providence and Providence Children’s Providence Hospital. Winter Fest will feature lights, food, holiday shopping, special events and an outdoor skating rink between the El Paso Museum of Art and The Plaza Theater. The opening of the Winter Fest will be on Saturday, Dec. 3rd and will run through Jan. 8. Attendees of the media had the opportunity to test the ice skating rink first on Thursday, Dec. 1.
